4.7 Million Dollar Mesothelioma Verdict

I’d like to  congratulate Steve Harowitz and Roger Gold  for obtaining a $4.7 million dollar verdict late yesterday  John Daniels against Western Fibrous Glass.   This was a fantastic result, particularly because of many obstacles overcome, including the fact that the client was too sick to testify at deposition or trial. He was also unmarried.   Defendant WFG reportedly made a zero dollar offer and never came up with a dime during trial.
