Our friends and co counsel John Langdoc and Denyse Clancy obtained an 11 million dollar verdict in a construction related mesothelioma case. All the defendants in the case settled before the verdict with the exception of Bondex. The Jury determined that Bondex was responsible for 10% of the final verdict.
