I heard that in some states they are trying to pass laws against people filing lawsuits against companies for asbestos exposure. I don't understand how that is fair because a lot of cases that are made by victims are because the company knew their employees were working with asbestos and didn't provide protection against the fibers. The compensation they could get from the lawsuit can help them pay for Mesothelioma Treatment Centers and make sure their family is still financially stable.
