GE ADMITS KNOWLEDGE OF ASBESTOS DANGERS SINCE 1930's
General Electric began manufacturing asbestos products in the 1930s as well as specifying asbestos products for use on its equipment. In this actual testimony GE admits knowledge of asbestos dangers and cancer. You can draw your own conclusions concerning whether GE acted properly in communicating its knolwedge to workers. I hope that GE is prepared to hear from mesothelioma asbestos lawyers, if there are known cases of asbestos diseases. I think it just depends on how this was all communicated, however, I should imagine there will be lawsuits filed anyway.
